Angel Fire Resort

The Angel Fire Resort Golf and Country Club is recognized as one of the Southwest’s best courses, available to the public as well as members and resort guests.

The front nine meanders through unspoiled canyons of aspen, spruce, and pine, while the slightly shorter back nine plays through mountain meadows. The signature hole, #6, is a par-3 that features a vertical descent of two hundred feet from the tee to the green, 200 yards away. The hole is framed by groves of aspen and towering pines.

At almost 8,700 feet elevation, even on the warmest days the temperature is rarely over 85 degrees. Many golfers leave the desert and come to Angel Fire seeking relief from the heat.
