Sacramento Mountains Historical Museum & Pioneer Village

The SMHS Museum consists of several components: 2 buildings with exhibits, conservation and storage areas; a historic preservation site with structures pertinent to the history of the area; various farm implements and railroad equipment; an historic chapel available for weddings; and a Museum Shop filled with books and reproductions of daily life in a bygone era -- all in a cool beautiful setting of pines and aspens. Open year round.
